For wrestling clubs

Mat time, measured.

Club dues, open and dual registration, attendance tracking — without a single spreadsheet.

The usual mess

What Wrestling gyms deal with today

  • Dues collection by Venmo that dies mid-season
  • Tournament sign-ups by Google Form that the coach has to transcribe
  • No record of mat hours per athlete for placement decisions

How OLM fits

Built specifically for Wrestling

Mat-hour tracking

Kiosk or QR check-in on the way into the room. Coaches see exactly who's putting in the work.

Event & open registration

Stripe-powered tournament sign-ups with weight-class capture, waiver gate, and a coach-exportable roster.

Dues & fundraising

Recurring subscriptions for club dues. One-off charges for singlets, camp, and travel. 2% on each membership invoice ($2 minimum), 3% on add-ons.

Rank system

Wrestling-native rank handling

Wrestling has no traditional belts. OLM skips rank for wrestling-only athletes and focuses on mat hours and placement. Cross-training wrestlers who also do BJJ keep separate rank records per discipline.

FAQ

Wrestling questions, answered

Do you handle weight-class tracking?

Yes. Member profiles store current weight (member-updatable) and tournament-registration flows capture certified weight at weigh-in. The history is queryable so coaches can see weight trends.

Can we run open and dual registrations through the app?

Yes. Each event is set up with its own roster, weight classes, capacity caps, and waiver. Stripe collects fees; export goes to the host school's tournament desk.

How do you handle a youth club vs. a high school program?

Run them as separate organizations under the same software, or one organization with multiple locations + class templates. Billing, waivers, and rosters can be either shared or completely isolated.

Does OLM make sense for a USAW-affiliated club?

Yes. USAW membership and dual-meet eligibility paperwork can be tracked as per-member notes and waiver expiry dates. Annual renewal reminders fire automatically before the next season.

What about offseason camps and clinics?

Camps run as event registrations with capacity caps, waivers, and Stripe collection. The platform fee is a flat 3% of ticket price — proportional to revenue, no monthly subscription.
